For our client in Hapert, we are looking for a full-time operator press department.
The client:
Our client produces parts for the automotive industry, among others. They produce (parts of) wiper arms and a variety of car seat parts.
Your duties will include:
As Operator you play a crucial role in the production process. You work in a dynamic environment where you are responsible for setting up and operating the press machines. In addition, you will take care of:
- Packaging the products;
- Actively supervising the production process at the press you are on and the product, in order to detect any errors early;
- Resolving disruptions in the process and liaising with quality department and tool shop where necessary;
- Performing quality checks using measuring tools, setting production tools and visual checks;
- Digitally recording quality controls in the control system.
Your working hours:
You will work in two shifts:
shift 1: Monday - Thursday 05:45-14:45h and Friday 05:45-12:00h
shift 2: Monday - Thursday 14:45-23:45h and Friday 12:00-18:15h
Job Requirements:
- You have at least a VMBO technically related diploma & VAPRO background;
- Affinity with technology and production processes;
- Accuracy and eye for detail;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Willing to work 2 shifts.
