Our anti-discrimination policy

Baanbreed does not discriminate on the basis of age, sexual orientation, race, marital status, religion, belief, gender, political affiliation, nationality, disability or chronic illness, type of employment contract (permanent or temporary), working hours (full-time or part-time) or any other irrelevant ground. Everyone deserves equal opportunities. Also in finding and keeping a job. Both in hiring our indirect employees and in mediating our direct employees, we look only at a person's skills, competencies and talents. That's what it's all about.

Our message is clear to all employees. Countering discrimination starts with good exemplary behavior at the highest levels of the company. Managers make the subject approachable and discussable. They create an environment in which employees feel free and safe to expose any abuses. Any conflicts of interest between commercial objectives and our anti-discrimination policy are always negotiable.

Raising awareness

Our anti-discrimination policy is included on our website. In addition, all indirect employees have signed this anti-discrimination policy upon commencement of employment.


Questions and complaints

If employees within Baanbreed encounter discrimination, observe discrimination or receive discriminatory requests, they can report this to our management. In addition, any employee may contact the management directly themselves about any item regarding discrimination, no matter how major or relevant the employee expects it to be.
